One Piece fan and talented artist has designed a cosplay that portrays Trafalgar D. Water Law also known as the Surgeon of Death.
Reddit user MyFaceMyCanvas posted photos of their time skip Law costume. The costume features the character’s distinctive hoodie, a fluffy cap, and a swagger. Some other iconic anime characters were created by the cosplayer like Bleach’s Aizen Susuke and One Piece’s Vinsmoke Sanji and Jujutsu Kaisen’s Maki Zenin. Hellsing’s Alucard is also featured.

One Piece is a source of inspiration for cosplayers who are talented.
It’s not a surprise that One Piece has inspired several cosplay costumes, considering a large number of vibrant characters. MyFaceMyCanvas’s mellow Law cosplay isn’t the only instance. Some recent examples include Fabibi’s nearly-perfect recreation of Boa Hancock of the Snake Princess’s costume in 2019’s One Piece: Stampede’s striking portrayal of Yamato the Oni The son of Kaido and the Beasts.
The classic series of pirates written by Eichiiro Oda was first published in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump in 1997. It is the most-read manga of all time, with over 516 million copies. One Piece is the story of Monkey D. Luffy (a young pirate captain) as the crew and he sails through the Grand Line to find the treasure hidden in the sands of time.

The law was first introduced to the story during the “Sabaody Archipelago Arc.” The law would later become an important ally for Straw Hat Pirates during “Dressrosa,” the “Whole Cake Island” as well as the “Wano Country,” sagas. There is a lot of speculation about how Law’s Devil Fruit powers, which could grant immortality to someone and help them live forever, could be a factor in the epic ending of the story.
